Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for HK broaching system is a BMK-grade carbide broach designed to machine internal keyways inside blind or through holes on CNC machines. It’s built to deliver clean, precise cuts with reliable performance, and it works with standard Tiny holders (SIM…H#). The tool can be mounted in either the turret or the spindle, giving you flexible integration into your existing CNC workflow. It features a 3.9 mm minimum diameter to support a range of applications.
- Compatible with standard Tiny holders: Use with SIM…H# Tiny holders and mount in either the turret or the spindle for quick setup and seamless integration into your CNC routine.
- Sub-micron carbide with triple PVD coating: Sub-micron grade carbide plus advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10-K20) delivers a sharp, smooth cut with enhanced wear resistance for demanding machining conditions.
- General-purpose, high-heat performance: Designed for internal keyways in blind or through holes across all materials, providing reliable, consistent results with reduced downtime in busy production environments.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
