Description
The Widin Live Centre is an economical, carbide-tipped live center designed to provide steady, accurate support during turning. Its minimized body reduces bite interference, helping you achieve smoother finishes on small or delicate workpieces. This model is HDSTH type, sized No.5 x 12, and accepts Morse tapers No.3 and No.6 for broad machine compatibility.
With a wide range of uses and applications, the CAP rotation design helps keep foreign substances out of the spindle area, reducing maintenance needs and improving reliability. The live center delivers exceptional concentricity with a runout of just 0.00012"/0.00024" (0.003 mm / 0.006 mm), ensuring consistent results across jobs.
- Minimized body for reduced bite interference: Helps books turn smoothly with less drag and heat transfer, improving surface finish on delicate parts.
- Carbide-tipped for durability: Resists wear over many cycles, extending center life and maintaining stable support and accuracy.
- Cap rotation design with ultra-tight runout: Prevents contaminants from entering the spindle area and delivers highly consistent centering (0.00012"/0.00024" or 0.003 mm/0.006 mm); compatible with Morse tapers No.3 and No.6.

Do you offer Free Next Day delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
