The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool – Face Grooving bars are precision solid carbide tools designed specifically for face grooving tasks. As part of the Tiny Tools family, these bars deliver clean, straight grooves with a 5 mm minimum diameter and 0.75 mm groove width, helping you achieve consistent, repeatable results on metal surfaces.

The bars feature two coating options to match your cutting conditions: BXC TiN-coated grade for low cutting speeds, suitable for stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); or BMK, a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating that delivers extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting (ISO K10-K20).
- Straight-groove design for precise face grooves: Produces consistent, straight grooves that improve surface quality and reduce the need for additional finishing passes on metal workpieces.
