Description
Solid carbide bars from the Tiny Tools family, optimized for face grooving. This Carmex tool is designed for clean, straight grooves with dependable precision, making it a reliable choice for engineers, machinists, and hobbyists alike. The MFR - K20 grade delivers robust performance, and with a 6 mm minimum diameter and 2 mm groove width, you get the rigidity and control needed for consistent, high-quality grooves in stainless steels and other materials.
- Straight-groove geometry for predictable results: Engineered to produce straight grooves on the face, reducing finishing steps and keeping tolerances tight compared with rounded-groove alternatives.
- Coated for versatile performance across materials: BXC - PVD TiN coating supports low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); BMK - sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating delivers exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting for demanding jobs.
- Rigid carbide design with defined dimensions: 6 mm minimum diameter and 2 mm groove width provide stable, repeatable cuts, enhancing tool life and reducing downtime in challenging materials.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
