The MFR - K20 grade delivers robust performance, and with a 6 mm minimum diameter and 2 mm groove width, you get the rigidity and control needed for consistent, high-quality grooves in stainless steels and other materials.
- Straight-groove geometry for predictable results: Engineered to produce straight grooves on the face, reducing finishing steps and keeping tolerances tight compared with rounded-groove alternatives.
- Coated for versatile performance across materials: BXC - PVD TiN coating supports low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); BMK - sub-micron grade with advanced PVD triple coating delivers exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting for demanding jobs.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
