The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Threading - MIL - 60° Partial - TNX Grade - 8mm Minimum Diameter x 22mm Reach (Left Hand) is a compact, left-hand threading tool built to create precise internal threads in tight spaces. With a MIL-60° partial-profile geometry and an 8 mm minimum bore capability (1.2 mm / 0.05 inch), it reaches into confined bores where larger tools can’t fit, delivering dependable threading in demanding assemblies.
Part of a versatile line of partial-profile threading bars, this tool supports 55° profiles and provides coating options for different materials and speeds. The BXC-grade is a PVD TiN-coated option optimized for low cutting speeds, offering reduced wear and smoother cuts on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK-grade uses a sub-micron base with advanced PVD triple coatings, delivering exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a wider range of materials, making it a reliable general-purpose choice.
- Ultra-compact, partial-profile threading for tight bores: Designed to reach internal threads in restricted spaces with an 8 mm minimum diameter and 22 mm reach, optimized for left-hand threading in hard-to-access bores.
