The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a solid carbide bar engineered specifically for face grooving. It produces rounded, full-radius grooves, giving reliable seating surfaces on thin-walled or tightly spaced parts.
With an 8 mm minimum diameter and a 1.5 mm groove width, and a right-hand cutting geometry, it integrates smoothly into typical turning and milling workflows for consistent, repeatable results.
- Full-radius face grooving: Delivers rounded grooves with a true radius, improving seating surfaces and reducing stress concentrations on the workpiece.
- Premium MZR - TNX carbide: High hardness and wear resistance enable longer tool life and steady performance in demanding materials.
