The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool (MIR, 60° Partial) is a compact threading bar designed for precise micro-threading in tight bores. Built for engineers, machinists, tradespeople, and hobbyists, it delivers reliable, repeatable threads in hard-to-reach spaces.

With a 4.1 mm minimum diameter and a 15 mm reach, this tool threads bores as small as 1.2 mm (0.05 in) and supports compatibility with 55° profiles, offering flexibility across common standards. It is available in TNX Grade and offered in two PVD coating options to maximize performance: BXC TiN-coated for low cutting speeds and stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40), and BMK sub-micron coated for extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting (ISO K10-K20).
