The Omega Products DV40 Shrink Fit Chuck is a high-precision tool holder designed for demanding machining tasks. With a DV40 interface, a G2.5 balance rating, and a maximum speed of 25,000 RPM, it delivers stable, accurate performance at high speeds.
- Shrink Fit Precision: The heat-induced expansion and subsequent cooling create a tight, secure grip on the tool, minimizing runout and improving overall machining accuracy without the need for extra clamps.
- High-Speed Stability: A G2.5 balance and 25,000 RPM rating enable smooth operation and consistent finishes even during aggressive cutting.
- Rigid 14mm x 160mm Form Factor: A 14mm shank and 160mm overall length provide solid rigidity and broad compatibility with many CNC setups, helping reduce setup time and improve reliability.
The DV40 Shrink Fit Chuck helps you maintain tight tolerances, streamline tool changes, and achieve reliable retention under demanding cuts. By securely holding the tool through the shrink process, it minimizes vibration and delivers repeatable results across long machining sessions.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
