The Omega Products ER20 coolant-sealed collet delivers reliable tool holding for machining setups that require through-tool coolant. With a 10-micron run-out specification, it supports stable performance on round-shank cutters while directing coolant exactly where it is needed.
- Accurate tool positioning: Holds run-out to under 10 microns so cutting edges stay on location and surface finishes remain consistent across repeated operations.
- Directed coolant delivery: Non-overlapping longitudinal slots combined with the rubber seal channel coolant through the tool rather than allowing it to escape around the collet body.
- Dependable round-shank clamping: Designed exclusively for smooth, round tool shanks in the 3-13 mm range, creating a positive seal that maintains pressure without special adapters.
This collet reduces coolant waste and tool movement during demanding cuts, helping operators achieve repeatable results while extending both tool and machine uptime in everyday workshop use.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
