The Omega ER20 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for milling machines and CNC setups. It supports a broad range of round-shank tooling (3–13 mm) and delivers consistently tight run-out to improve cut quality across applications.

Some newer versions omit the nose rubber seal, relying on a non-overlapping longitudinal slot design to prevent coolant from escaping. To ensure the seal functions correctly, use only round-shank tooling with no clamping flats; tools with flats can render the seal ineffective.
