The Omega ER20 Collet with coolant sealing is a standard-precision tool holder designed for reliable CNC milling and drilling. This 9mm variant grips round shank tooling within a 3–13 mm clamping range, delivering repeatable accuracy for a wide range of jobs—from delicate finishing passes to more demanding roughing operations.

Note: newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. The collet uses non-overlapping longitudinal slots at the center to help prevent coolant loss, keeping the work area cleaner and the cutting fluid where it belongs. For best results, ensure you are using solely round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tools with flats can prevent the seal from functioning correctly.
