Description

Meet the Y.T. UFO Indexable Holder HSS, a versatile cutting tool designed for a broad range of milling, turning, and general machining tasks. It features a CB3 shank in high-speed steel hardened to HRC 58°, delivering reliable performance at higher speeds and temperatures. Blade diameter 10–12 mm, overall length 100 mm, and neck diameter 6.5 mm ensure sturdy, precise engagement with inserts.

Four shank designs and multiple lengths provide flexible fit for inserts from 10 to 80 mm in diameter across 11 profiles, allowing a single holder to cover a wide range of jobs and helping reduce tool-change downtime on busy shop floors.

  • Four shank designs for broad compatibility: Four shank options and varying lengths enable use with a wide range of machines, while supporting inserts from 10 to 80 mm across 11 profiles, minimizing the need for multiple tools.
  • Heat‑resistant CB3 HSS shank: HSS material hardened to HRC 58° handles higher speeds and temperatures, extending edge life and sustaining consistent performance in demanding cuts.
  • Precise, stable geometry for reliable cuts: With blade 10–12 mm and neck 6.5 mm atop a 100 mm overall length, the holder delivers solid rigidity, repeatable seating, and smooth finishes across jobs.
