Description

The Y.T. UFO Indexable Holder HSS (CB3-1616-150-20) is a versatile precision tool holder built to accept indexable inserts for a wide range of milling tasks. With a blade diameter of 18–22 mm, an overall length of 150 mm, and a neck diameter of 15.8 mm, it delivers stable cutting and reliable insert seating. To meet diverse machining demands, it offers four shank designs and different shank lengths.

  • Four shank designs with multiple lengths: Flexible options let you match inserts from 10–80 mm and 11 profiles, enabling broad compatibility across different jobs without swapping holders.
  • HSS CB3 shank with 58 HRC: Made from high-speed steel with a hardness of 58 HRC, it delivers better heat resistance and higher-speed capability for general machining tasks.
  • Stable dimensions for consistent results: Blade diameter 18–22 mm, overall length 150 mm, and neck diameter 15.8 mm provide rigid seating and repeatable performance in demanding milling operations.

This holder helps streamline workflow by enabling quick insert changes and broad compatibility, reducing downtime and inventory complexity. The HSS CB3 shank's heat resistance supports steady cutting at higher speeds, while the combination of blade diameter, neck size, and total length maintains secure seating and consistent finishes across a variety of milling applications. In short, the Y.T. UFO Indexable Holder enhances productivity, extends insert life, and delivers reliable results across many jobs.

  • DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
  • DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
