Description

The Y.T. UFO Indexable Holder HSS is a versatile cutting tool designed for professionals who need reliable performance across a wide range of milling tasks. With a blade diameter of 18–22 mm, an overall length of 100 mm, and a neck diameter of 9.8 mm, it delivers stable, precise cuts and predictable results in diverse setups.

To cover varied machining demands, the system offers four shank designs in different lengths. The CB3 shank is crafted from high-speed steel (HSS) and hardened to HRC 58, delivering greater heat resistance and speed capability for general machining. It accommodates inserts from 10 to 80 mm in 11 different profiles, enabling a single holder to adapt to multiple workpieces and applications.

  • Four shank designs for broad compatibility: Choose the right shank length and style to fit your machine spindle and setup, reducing tool changes and inventory needs.
  • High-hardness HSS CB3 shank: HSS with about HRC 58 provides improved heat tolerance and efficient performance at higher speeds for everyday machining tasks.
  • Extensive insert range support: Supports inserts from 10 to 80 mm across 11 profiles, enabling flexible, multi-task use without swapping holders.

This indexable holder helps streamline workflows, reduce setup time, and deliver dependable, repeatable results across materials. By pairing the right shank with the appropriate insert profile, you gain consistent cutting performance, longer tool life, and fewer interruptions in production.

  • DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
  • DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
