The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Multi Flute Insert – Grooving – SG200FW15MT8 is a vertical milling indexable insert system designed to handle grooves, threads, chamfers, and more. - Ground-profile inserts for high precision and performance: Achieve tight tolerances and smooth surface finishes on grooves, threads, and chamfers, even when operating at demanding cutting conditions.
- Solid, repeatable clamping with universal threading: A robust, accurate clamp ensures consistent results cycle after cycle, and the same insert works for both right-hand and left-hand threads, reducing tool changes and inventory.
- Complete tool system with Weldon shank and coolant bore; chamfer inserts available: Secure mounting and effective cooling with Weldon-shank toolholders, plus the option to add chamfer inserts to expand capabilities without swapping tooling sets.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
