Description
The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Multi Flute Insert - Grooving - SG200FW30MT8 is a versatile vertical milling indexable insert system designed to tackle threads, grooves, chamfers and more with precision. It’s built for engineers, machinists, and shop floor teams who demand reliable performance at higher machining parameters, delivering excellent surface quality and repeatable results. Use the same insert for right-hand or left-hand threads, and pair it with toolholders that feature a Weldon shank and a coolant bore. Chamfer inserts are also available to expand capability across complex parts.
- Ground profile inserts for high precision: Maintains tight tolerances and delivers an excellent surface finish even at demanding speeds, enabling accurate grooves, threads, and chamfers with minimal secondary finishing.
- Solid, repeatable clamping; universal RH/LH threading: Provides robust, repeatable performance across multiple setups, and uses a single insert for both right- and left-hand threads to reduce tool inventory and setup time.
- Coolant-ready toolholders with chamfer capability: Toolholders include a coolant bore for efficient heat management, while chamfer inserts extend edge preparation options for precise, clean part finishes.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
