Carmex Steel Toolholder With Internal Coolant For CMT Inserts - SRC2035K is a precision toolholder designed for vertical milling tasks that include threading, grooving, chamfering, and more. Built to work with ground-profile CMT inserts, it enables high-parameter cutting with excellent surface finishes and repeatable results.
- Internal coolant bore for consistent cooling: Delivers coolant directly to the cutting edge through the toolholder, reducing heat, improving surface finish, and extending insert life during demanding milling and threading operations.
- Rigid Weldon shank with precise clamping: Provides secure, vibration-free mounting and true alignment, delivering full repeatability across multiple passes and setups.
- Ground-profile CMT inserts for high-precision milling: Optimized for vertical milling, threading, grooves, and chamfers at high cutting parameters. The same insert handles right- or left-hand threads, and chamfer inserts are available for added versatility.
