The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Grooving Insert is a compact, purpose-built tool designed for precise groove cutting across a range of metals. Crafted for machinists who demand dependable tool life and consistent results, it handles stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys with confidence.
- Type: Small indexable carbide grooving insert (T8) optimized for groove cutting
- Material & Coating: Sub-micron carbide with BLU PVD triple-layer coating for enhanced wear resistance
- Grade: BLU PVD triple-layer coated sub-micron carbide (suitable for M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20)
- Minimum Bore Diameter: 9.4 mm (0.37 in) to fit compact setups
- Applications: Designed specifically for groove machining on stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and most high-temperature alloys

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
