Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Insert delivers precise, full-radius grooving and reliable turning performance in a compact T8 format. Designed for grooves with a true round profile, it pairs strong carbide with a durable BLU PVD coating to handle challenging materials.
- Size and geometry: T8 indexable carbide insert that creates full-radius grooves with R0.4 profile for consistent, smooth finishes.
- Minimum bore: 8.4 mm (0.33 in) minimum bore diameter, enabling broad compatibility with tool holders.
- Coating: BLU PVD triple-layer coated sub-micron carbide for enhanced wear resistance and extended tool life.
