The Carmex Small Indexable Carbide Insert is engineered for precise small-diameter grooving and reliable general turning, delivering consistent round grooves with each pass.
- Full Radius Grooving: creates smooth, round grooves with a true full-radius profile for consistent finish.
- Minimum Bore Diameter: from 8.4 mm (0.33 in), enabling use on small-workpiece bores.
- Carbide Grade: BLU PVD triple-layer coated sub-micron carbide designed for stainless steels, cast iron, titanium, non‑ferrous metals, and most high‑temperature alloys (M10–M20, K05–K20, N10–N20, S10–S20).
- Indexable Design: replaceable insert format for efficient tooling and easy size management.
- Multifunctionality: suitable for grooving as well as a variety of general turning jobs beyond grooves.
- Tooling Code: identified as T10 for compatibility within standard indexable systems.
