Description
The VCOIL NoGo Plug Gauge is a precision tool for verifying UN (STI) right-hand threads in helicoil and threaded-hole applications. It combines Go and No-Go checks in one compact gauge, manufactured to ANSI/ASME standards for consistent, reliable inspection.
- UN (STI) Right-Hand thread: designed for UN/ STI thread systems to ensure accurate gauging in helicoil installations.
- 3B tolerance class: built to the 3B internal-thread tolerance standard for dependable fit verification.
- Go / No-Go design: go end threads into the cut by hand (without excessive force); no-go end must not thread more than two turns, indicating the thread meets the required limits.
- Size: 1.1/2 x 8.
- Scrap marking: scrap side is clearly indicated with a red ring for quick identification.
- Durable construction: knurled body with a precision-machined threaded tip for workers’ durability and grip in busy environments.
- Reference temperature: measurements specified at 20°C to ensure consistency across parts and gauges.
Used to confirm that threaded holes and helicoil inserts meet specification, the VCOIL NoGo Plug Gauge supports efficient quality control by quickly validating both the ability to start a thread by hand and that the thread travel remains within defined limits.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
