- Threading range: Covers all common thread profiles with inserts available in five lengths (12 mm to 40 mm) to suit different tool holders and applications, handling pitches from 0.5 mm (32 TPI) up to 6.0 mm (4 TPI).
- Double‑edged design: Each insert features two cutting edges to extend life and reduce downtime. Note: BSPT / NPT / NPTF / American Buttress / API RD profiles are exceptions.
- Internal & external capability: For many thread profiles, the same insert can machine both internal and external threads, increasing versatility in a single tooling family ( 일부 profiles such as ISO / UN / NPSM / UNJ / Acme are exceptions).
- TiAlN coating: Titanium aluminum nitride coating enhances wear resistance and helps maintain cutting performance at higher speeds and temperatures.
