BaerCoil UNC thread inserts provide a reliable, high-strength threading solution for components using standard UNC fasteners. Designed for durability and long service life, this No12 x 24 insert with a 3xD engagement depth helps you build robust assemblies where threads are stressed, recycled, or repaired.

Size: UNC No12 x 24 with a 3xD engagement depth for secure, long-lasting installation.
Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2, offering excellent corrosion and heat resistance.
Cross‑section & Manufacturing: Rhombic cross-section achieved by cold-form swaging, optimizing insert strength and maximizing usable thread area.
Performance: Enhanced wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, superior surface finish, and improved corrosion and heat tolerance compared with standard single-screw connections.
Applications: Ideal for creating or repairing strong, reusable UNC threads in metal housings, brackets, machine parts, and assemblies exposed to repeated assembly/disassembly.
