BaerCoil UNC thread inserts are a high-strength reinforcement for threaded holes, designed for engineers and machinists who demand durable, wear-resistant connections in metal assemblies.

Thread size and length: UNC 7/8-9 thread, length 2xD for secure, reliable engagement
Material and strength: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2
Cross-section and forming method: Rhombic cross-section created by cold-form swaging, optimizing grip and space utilization
Corrosion and heat resistance: Inherent corrosion resistance and improved heat tolerance for demanding environments
Wear performance and finish: Enhanced wear resistance and thread abrasion, paired with a refined surface finish for dependable operation
