BaerCoil UNC thread inserts in 7/8-9 with a length of 2.5 × D are designed to restore and reinforce threaded holes in metal parts. Crafted from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, these inserts deliver reliable performance in demanding applications for professionals who need long-lasting, secure thread connections.

Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm² for strength and longevity.
Cross-Section: Swaged cold-formed rhombic cross-section that maximizes bearing area and ensures maximum space utilization for robust engagement.
Size: Internal thread UNC 7/8-9; length 2.5 × D (approximately 2.19 in / 55.6 mm) for strong performance in thicker walls.
