Description

BaerCoil UNC thread insert for 9/16 x 12 (1.5 x D engagement) is a precision reinforcement designed to deliver durable, high‑performance threaded joints in metal components. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, it combines corrosion resistance with strong load‑bearing capability to extend the life of your assemblies.

Material: Austenitic chromium‑nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2 for reliable, long‑lasting threads.
Size & Thread: UNC 9/16 x 12 standard, optimized for common metric and imperial quick‑read installations in a variety of applications.
Cross‑Section: Rhombic profile achieved by cold‑forming swage, enabling maximum space utilization and improved grip in the host material.
Engagement Length: 1.5 × D, providing ample engagement to enhance clamping force and resistance to pull‑out.
Performance: Enhanced wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, and an improved surface finish for smoother mating with bolts and faster, cleaner assemblies.
