Description
The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert for Groove Milling (C10W09) is a precision indexable insert designed for vertical milling tasks such as grooves, threads, and chamfers. It’s built to deliver reliable accuracy in production environments while simplifying setup and changeovers.
- Ground profile for precision: Precision-ground inserts deliver consistent tolerances and clean grooves, reducing finishing work and helping parts meet tight specs.
- High-parameter performance with excellent surface quality: Engineered to run at higher speeds and feeds while maintaining a high-quality surface finish, boosting productivity and part quality.
- Flexible threading and secure mounting: One insert supports both right- and left-hand threads, and the solid clamping with Weldon shank and coolant bore ensures repeatable, reliable changes. Chamfer inserts are available to expand capabilities.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
