Description
The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert for Groove Milling (C18W10) is a versatile, precision-ready option for vertical milling tasks. Designed with a wide range of applications in mind, it handles threads, grooves, chamfers and more with dependable consistency.
Using ground profile inserts, this system delivers high precision and excellent performance, even at higher machining parameters, while maintaining a clean, high-quality surface finish. The solid, accurate clamping method provides full repeatability, and the same insert works for both right-hand and left-hand threads, simplifying setup and inventory. Toolholders come with a Weldon shank and a coolant bore, and chamfer inserts are also available to expand your milling options.
- Ground profile inserts for high precision: Delivers tight tolerances and excellent surface finish, even at elevated cutting parameters, ensuring consistent results across grooves, threads, and chamfers.
- One insert for right- and left-hand threads: Reduces SKU count and changeover time by using a single insert for both thread directions, simplifying procurement and setup.
- Rigid clamping and coolant-ready toolholders: Provides full repeatability with a secure Weldon-shank interface and integrated coolant bore for improved cooling and chip evacuation during demanding milling tasks.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
