Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for Face Grooving is a solid carbide bar engineered specifically for precision face grooving. It creates straight grooves for repeatable, high‑quality finishes, making it ideal for engineers, machinists, and shop technicians working on stainless steel components. This version is sized for an 8 mm minimum diameter with a 3 mm groove width and uses a BXC Grade PVD TiN coating optimized for low cutting speeds to deliver stable performance across a wide range of stainless steels (ISO P30‑P50 / K25‑K40).
- Straight-groove geometry: Delivers clean, uniform grooves with consistent width and depth, simplifying setup and reducing finishing passes.
