The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool – Threading, MIR edition, is a compact threading bar designed for precise 55° threads in tight spaces. With a 6 mm minimum diameter and a 15 mm reach, it’s built for micro-bore work and hard-to-reach features across a range of components.

This versatile tool supports 55° thread profiles and tolerates bore sizes down to 1.2 mm (0.05 in). It is offered in two coated grades to match material and cutting speed needs: BXC TiN-coated grade for low cutting speeds and broad stainless-steel compatibility (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40); and BMK sub-micron grade with a triple PVD coating for extremely high heat resistance and smooth cutting across a wide material range.
