Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Threading - MIL - 55° Partial - BMK Grade - 5.1mm Minimum Diameter x 22mm Reach (Left Hand) is a compact, high-precision threading tool designed for internal threads in tight bores. Built on a BMK-grade carbide core with a modern PVD coating, this tool delivers a reliable 55° partial-profile thread with a 22 mm reach, optimized for left‑hand applications and a wide range of materials, including stainless steels. With a small 5.1 mm minimum bore size, it lets you access compact features without compromising accuracy.
- 55° Partial-Profile threading with 22 mm reach (Left Hand): Enables precise internal threads in confined bores, with enough reach to reach deeper features and support for left-handed threading where required.
- BMK-grade carbide with advanced PVD coating: Sub-micron substrate plus triple-layer PVD coating provides high heat resistance and smooth cutting for consistent, reliable results—even on demanding materials.
- Wide material compatibility and small-bore capability: Designed to handle a broad range of materials, including stainless steels, with a minimum bore size of 1.2 mm (0.05 in), making it suitable for compact, intricate projects.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
