The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide grooving bar engineered for full-radius grooves and general turning. Its precise geometry supports tight features with a 4.1 mm minimum diameter and a 1 mm groove width, extended to a 10 mm reach for accessible grooves in confined spaces.

Two coating grades give you adaptable performance across materials and speeds. BXC is a PVD TiN-coated grade designed for lower cutting speeds and works well with stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). BMK is a sub-micron grade with an advanced PVD triple coating, delivering exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting for broad material ranges, making it a reliable all-material option.
