The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact solid carbide bar designed for full-radius grooving and general turning. Its small footprint and precise geometry let you tackle tight radii and deep grooves with confidence.
Two coating grades, BXC and BMK, enable optimized performance across stainless steels and other materials, making it a versatile choice for shop-floor reliability and long-term value.
- Full-radius grooving precision: Delivers accurate, consistent grooves in a single pass, reducing setup time and secondary finishing.
- Two coating grades for versatile performance: BXC TiN-coated grade excels at low cutting speeds and stainless steels; BMK sub-micron grade with triple PVD coating provides exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a broad range of materials.
- Compact, deep-reach geometry: With a 5.1 mm minimum diameter, 2 mm groove width, and 15 mm reach, it fits tight pockets and deep grooves without compromising edge life or accuracy.
