Description
The Nicon Hard Stepped Jaw Set MMV100STJ carries a 3 x 3mm step along the jaw face, giving the Nicon MMV-100 machine vice a positive ledge for thin plate and shallow parts that a plain jaw struggles to hold.
- Fits: Nicon MMV-100 only. It will not fit the MMV-150 or MMV-160+ (which take the 48 x 160mm set) or the MMV-200 / MMV-200+ (which take the 60 x 200mm set).
- Jaw size: 38mm high x 110mm long, with a 3 x 3mm step.
- 3 x 3mm step: A machined ledge along the jaw face supports thin plate and low-profile parts from underneath, so shallow work cannot lift under cut.
- Two clamping heights: Use the step for thin stock or the full face for standard work - one set covers both.
- Direct replacement: Mounts in place of the vice's standard jaws, with no modification to the vice body.
Anything too thin to clamp safely on a full jaw face - plate, flat bar, sheet fixtures - sits on the step instead of relying on friction alone. That keeps the part down under cut and leaves the top face clear of the jaws for through-machining.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
