Carmex MT Thread Mills are solid carbide internal thread mills designed for precise, efficient threading of UN family thread forms (UNC, UNF, UNEF, UNS). Built for shops that value reliability and cost-effectiveness in production threading.
- Solid Carbide Construction: Rigid, wear-resistant body delivers consistent thread profiles and long tool life in demanding materials.
- Multi-Flute Design: Typically 3–5 flutes to optimize chip evacuation and cutting efficiency, helping reduce heat and built-up edge.
- UN Thread Forms Ready: Internal threading support for UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS forms, with threading up to 1-5/8" major diameter and 18 TPI.
- MT7 Shank Interface: Morse Taper 7 shank provides secure seating and repeatable performance on compatible CNC mills and drill/tap centers.
- Diameter Options: Available in 9/16" and 5/8" diameters to cover common internal thread sizes, with optimized flute geometry for clean, accurate threads.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
