Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide bar engineered specifically for face grooving. Designed for small-diameter workpieces, it delivers precise, rounded grooves with a full-radius profile, making it ideal for applications that require smooth seating surfaces or rounded groove geometry. This right-hand tool uses MZR-BXC grade carbide to balance hardness and toughness for reliable performance in demanding machining tasks.
- Full-radius groove geometry: creates smooth, rounded grooves that improve seating surfaces and reduce stress concentrations compared to straight-groove alternatives.
- Small, precise dimensions: 5 mm minimum diameter with a 1 mm groove width for tight radii and tight-tolerance grooves on miniature parts.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
