The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a solid carbide bar engineered specifically for face grooving. It’s built for engineers, machinists, and shop teams who need precise, rounded groove profiles rather than straight slots, delivering smoother transitions and stronger groove geometry in a variety of materials.
With right-hand cutting geometry and targeted sizing, this tool supports an 8 mm minimum diameter and yields a 1 mm wide groove. Crafted from MZR - BXC grade carbide, it delivers consistent performance and long tool life in demanding face-grooving applications.
