Omega ER32 Collet Coolant Sealed Standard Precision is a precision collet designed for CNC milling and drilling with round-shank tooling. It delivers sub-10 μm run-out and a broad clamping range of 3–20 mm, providing consistent grip and clean finishes across a wide range of tools. Note: newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose, so please ensure you are using only round shank tooling with no clamping flats to complete the seal.

• Ultra-close run-out (<10 μm): Ensures tight tolerances and repeatable results, reducing dimensional variation across passes.
• Coolant-sealed design with non-overlapping slots: The longitudinal slots do not overlap at the centre, preventing coolant loss and keeping the work area cleaner. Newer versions may omit the rubber nose seal, so use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats to maintain the seal.
• Wide clamping range (3–20 mm): Accommodates a broad set of round-shank tools, enabling fast size changes and reducing downtime between setups.
