The Omega ER32 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard precision holding solution designed for ER32 tool holders. It delivers exceptionally tight run-out and versatile clamping for a wide range of tools, making it suitable for professionals and hobbyists alike. With a clamping range of 3–20 mm and run-out under 10 μm, it helps you achieve consistent diameters and accurate finishes across jobs.

Note that newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. The design uses center-aligned, non-overlapping longitudinal slots to prevent coolant loss during operation. To maintain the seal, be sure to use solely round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tooling with flats will render the seal ineffective.
