The Omega ER32 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for round-shank end mills and drills. It delivers tight run-out control for reliable cutting performance in a wide range of milling and drilling tasks.

It clamps tooling from 3 to 20 mm and provides run-out of less than 10 μm, helping you achieve consistent, repeatable results. The coolant-sealed nose uses a center-slot geometry that prevents coolant from leaking out, keeping your spindle area cleaner and your coolant where it belongs. For best performance, use only round-shank tooling with no clamping flats, as flats can compromise the seal.
