The Omega ER32 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard-precision tool holder designed for CNC mills and turning centers. It grips round tool shanks from 3 to 20 mm with exceptional concentricity, helping you achieve tight tolerances, clean cuts, and reliable coolant management.

Note: some newer versions no longer feature a rubber seal on the nose. The collet’s slot design is engineered so the longitudinal slots do not overlap at the center, preventing coolant loss. For best results, use solely round shank tooling with no clamping flats to complete the seal.
