The Omega ER32 Collet with coolant-sealed design offers precise, dependable toolholding for milling and CNC work. Built for round-shank tooling, it provides a stable grip across a broad clamping range and helps keep coolant where it belongs—inside the nose for cleaner cuts and longer tool life.
- Sub-10 μm run-out: Delivers exceptionally straight hole and slot alignment for repeatable, high-precision finishing.
- Coolant-sealed nose with non-overlapping slots: Minimizes coolant loss at the nose, reducing mess and maintenance while improving cutting consistency.
- Wide clamping range 3–20 mm (round shank tooling only): Versatile for a variety of tools; to maintain the seal, use round shank tooling with no clamping flats.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
