Description
The Vortex Carbide End Mill is a precision cutting tool designed for high-speed aluminum and non-ferrous milling. With a 5 mm diameter and 50 mm overall length, it reaches into pockets and tight features while delivering a clean, polished finish thanks to its rainbow Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating.
- Coating: Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) rainbow coating that minimizes friction and heat buildup, helping extend tool life and reduce adhesion of aluminum to the tool.
- Material: Solid carbide core provides rigidity and durability for demanding aluminum milling operations.
- Diameter: 5 mm
- Overall Length: 50 mm for access in confined spaces and through pockets
- Flutes: 3-flute design optimized for non-ferrous materials to improve chip evacuation and surface finish
