The Y.T. Saw Blade Insert Radius for steels, stainless, and super alloys is a purpose-built radius insert designed to pair with the YIH TROUN multifunctional slitting saw. It delivers versatile performance across demanding metals and machining conditions, helping you maintain reliable, consistent cuts in production environments.
- Designed for: Specifically engineered to fit the YIH TROUN multifunctional slitting saw for secure seating and dependable performance.
- Material range: Optimized for aluminum, stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys, cast iron, titanium, and Inconel to suit diverse machining needs.
- Thickness options: Interchangeable thicknesses from 1.4 to 5.5 mm to match cutting depth and feed rates.
- Dimensions: 7 mm width with a radius of 1.6 mm (model SNGW1207R16-ME B100).
- Chip breaker groove: Unique groove design promotes effective chip evacuation and reduces vibration during deep groove machining.
These inserts are engineered to extend tool life and improve machining efficiency, especially at high cutting speeds. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
