Premium radius inserts engineered for the YIH TROUN multifunctional slitting saw, designed to deliver precise R2-radius cuts on steels, stainless, and super alloys. At 7mm wide, these inserts are built for reliable performance across demanding machining conditions.
- 7mm Width: Precisely 7 mm wide to ensure consistent fit and edge geometry with the YIH TROUN slitting saw.
- R2 Radius: R2-radius design for clean corners and stable entry in groove and slotting operations.
- Material Grades: Available in multiple grades to optimize performance on aluminum, stainless steel, heat‑resistant alloys (including Inconel), cast iron, and titanium.
- Thickness Range: Interchangeable thicknesses from 1.4 to 5.5 mm to match the saw’s cutting depth and project requirements.
- Chip Breaker Groove: Integrated chip breaker groove enhances chip evacuation and stabilizes the cut, especially during deep groove machining.
