The Y.T. Indexable T-Slot Cutter (model 3TS2580-7.0) is a precision metric cutting tool engineered for consistent T-slot machining using SNGX and SNGW inserts. Built to integrate directly into existing CNC and manual workflows, it delivers reliable dimensional accuracy and rapid tool rotation for machining environments that prioritize uptime.
- Cutting Diameter: 60 mm saw diameter machined to metric standards for precise T-slot profiling.
- Insert Compatibility: Accepts 12 mm wide SNGX and SNGW indexable inserts, enabling individual edge replacement instead of full-body disposal.
- Polygon Connection Mount: Unique tapered-polygon interface guarantees exact center positioning and secure locking for repeatable accuracy across cycles.
- Shank Ecosystem: Interfaces with YIH TROUN T-slot shanks designed for UFO-type inserts; the broader system spans six shanks, nine cutter types, and over 1,400 interchangeable inserts across the CAPTO range.
- Optimized Flute Geometry: Rake angles and clearance surfaces are shaped for efficient chip evacuation, preventing swarf recirculation and stabilizing cutting forces.
- Machining Efficiency: Designed output parameters deliver approximately 300% higher material removal capability compared to traditional solid HSS or welded T-slot cutters under identical operating conditions.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
