Y.T. Solid UFO T-Slot Insert - Steels, Stainless, Super Alloys - 32mm Cutter Diameter 3.5mm Thickness 7.5mm Cutting Depth 4 Teeth (3T1632C-3.5-ME.B100)

The Y.T. Solid UFO T-Slot Insert is built for engineers, machinists, and fabrication shops that need reliable, precise small-slot cutting in steels, stainless, and super alloys. Featuring a 32 mm cutter diameter, 3.5 mm thickness, and 7.5 mm cutting depth with a four-tooth geometry, it delivers clean, controlled slots and predictable performance across challenging materials.

A tapered-polygon interface produced by complete-grinded processing achieves the tight seating tolerance of ±0.01 mm, maximizing machining accuracy and extending insert life. The insert range covers diameters from 10 to 32 mm, with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm and standard 0.1 mm steps for thin sections, ensuring exact fits without unnecessary inventory.

• Ultra-tight seating tolerance: The complete-grinded tapered-polygon interface delivers ±0.01 mm positioning accuracy, ensuring repeatable, stable cuts and longer insert life.
• Wide size range with fine thickness steps: Diameter range 10–32 mm, minimum thickness 0.5 mm, and stock in 0.1 mm increments for precise slot fitting and quick replacement.
• Efficient chip evacuation for tough materials: Optimized geometry supports reliable chip flow and clean slots in steels, stainless, and super alloys, reducing downtime and improving surface finish.

This UFO T-Slot Insert helps streamline workflows by delivering precise, repeatable results with minimal setup. Its broad size coverage and fine thickness options simplify planning and inventory, while reliable chip evacuation keeps production moving and reduces rework across demanding applications.
