Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge is a precision go/no-go thread gauge crafted for Helicoil/BSP (STI) right-hand threads at 1/8 x 28. It’s designed to reliably verify ANSI/ASME standard threads with a quick, hand-operated check.
- Size/Thread: 1/8 x 28 BSP (STI) right-hand thread verification
- Go/No-Go thread gauge: Combines a go end and a no-go end to confirm both acceptance and rejection limits in one tool
- Scrap side marked: Red ring on the scrap side for fast identification during inspections
- ANSI/ASME standards compliant: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with the relevant ANSI/ASME thread system
- Hand-thread test criteria: Go end must screw into the thread cut by hand without excessive force
- Scrap limit: Scrap end must not be able to be turned more than two turns into the cut thread without excessive force
- Reference temperature: Parts and gauges refer to 20°C for consistency

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
