Precision thread plug gauge for BSP (STI) right-hand threads, sized for 5/8 x 14, built to verify Helicoil inserts against ANSI/ASME thread standards.
- Go/no-go design: A single gauge combines a go end and a scrap end for fast, single-tool inspection of thread quality.
- Go end usability: The go end must thread in by hand without excessive force, confirming acceptable fit.
- Scrap end limit: The scrap end should not thread in more than two turns by hand; exceeding this indicates scrap.
- Red-scrap marking: Scrap side is clearly marked with a red ring to prevent mix-ups during inspection.
- ANSI/ASME compliant: Manufactured and inspected to the relevant ANSI standards for threaded parts and gauges.
- Reference temperature: The reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C to ensure consistent measurements.
- Right-hand BSP (STI) compatibility: Specifically designed for right-hand BSP threads to ensure proper gauge performance with Helicoil inserts.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
