Description
The VCOIL Plug Gauge is a go/no-go thread gauge designed for BSP (STI) right-hand helicoil applications. It provides ANSI/ASME-compliant verification of 1/2 x 14 threads, helping ensure consistent thread quality.
- Go/No-Go Gauge: Combines a go end and a no-go (scrap) end to quickly confirm thread conformity against required standards.
- ANSI/ASME Compliance: Manufactured and assessed in accordance with relevant ANSI/ASME thread system standards for reliable inspection results.
- Scrap End Marking: Scrap side is clearly identified with a red ring for easy visual verification during checks.
- Hand-Thread Verification: The go end should screw into the thread cut on a part by hand without excessive force to pass.
- Two-Turn Scrap Limit: The scrap end must not be manually turned more than two turns into the cut thread; beyond this indicates non-conformance.
- Reference Temperature: All measurements reference a standard 20° Celsius environment for consistency.
- Right-Hand BSP (STI) Size: Precisely sized for 1/2 x 14 BSP (STI) right-hand threads, suitable for helicoil insert checks.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
